St. JPII Three-Way Conferences (March 2025)

If you are wanting to book some in-person and some virtual interviews, you will need to use two different email addresses (one for each). A recommendation is to use your child’s school email for the virtual appointments, if needed.
Interview bookings will open on Monday, March 10 at 9:00am.
Interview bookings will close on Monday, November 17 @ 9:00am.

Important Note: Our teachers’ bookings fill up quickly. Typically, by the time bookings close, our teachers are fully booked. Please book early for those teachers you wish to meet with.
Three-Way Conferences are booked on a first come, first served basis. If there are no available time slots for a particular teacher, you are welcome to contact the teacher via email to discuss your child’s progress, or to arrange an alternate time to meet, if needed.
For Virtual Interviews: Please log onto the Google Meet link, but please do not join until the previous parents have left the meeting.
